I went to this State Farm because they were friendly and nice. I have 3 autos 1 home and two rentals to insure, i was trying to bundle and save. They sent me quotes for all, which we discussed and agreed on. We discussed me canceling my current insurance on May 20th. And their policies starting on that same day. I gave them my payment information and ok'd them to charge that day. I discussed again with them that I would cancel my current insurance on that same day so I wouldn't overlap. It was never brought up that some of the policies might not go into effect.... That is what happened. I got an email at 10 PM. that night saying they would not ensure the two rentals because I had a claim in 2023. At no time was this discussed. At no time was I advised to wait to cancel my other insurance policies. They went ahead and processed the payment for my main house and 3 autos, i already had these insured for a cheaper price. But because they agreed to insure the 2 rentals also i decided to bundle and save. Now, this morning I am left with two homes uninsured, and other companies I talk to will not give me a good price unless they have all of my properties in a bundle. All I can say is beware of all insurance companies!!!!!

We were very glad to have Travis help us get our cars and renters insurance transfered to our new place in NM. It was a smooth transition.
